Welcome to the official website of Round Table Sri Lanka, hereinafter referred to as “RTSL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website and any related digital platforms operated by RTSL. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.
1. About Round Table Sri Lanka
Round Table Sri Lanka is a voluntary, non political and non sectarian service organisation operating in Sri Lanka as part of the international network of Round Table International. The website provides information relating to our service projects, fellowship initiatives, governance, membership opportunities, partnerships and related activities.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You further agree that your use of the website will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use this website solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website. Where this website enables users to make donations or payments in support of RTSL projects, such contributions are voluntary. Unless required by law, donations are non refundable. RTSL undertakes to utilise funds in accordance with its constitutional framework, project objectives and internal governance procedures. While RTSL strives for transparency and accountability, it does not guarantee specific project outcomes.
Payment transactions may be processed through third party service providers. RTSL shall not be responsible for errors, delays, or technical issues arising from third party payment platforms.
5. Membership Applications
Submission of an application for membership in Round Table Sri Lanka does not constitute acceptance into the organisation. Membership is subject to eligibility criteria, review, and approval in accordance with the RTSL Constitution and internal governance procedures. RTSL reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, publications, and design elements, is the property of Round Table Sri Lanka unless otherwise indicated. The name “Round Table” and related insignia are used in affiliation with Round Table International.
No content from this website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from RTSL. Limited personal and non commercial use is permitted, provided that such use does not misrepresent or misattribute the content.
7. Media and Publicity
RTSL may publish photographs and video recordings from events, service activities, meetings and fellowship gatherings. By attending RTSL events, participants consent to reasonable use of such media for publication on the website, social media platforms, annual reports, and promotional materials. Any individual who wishes to request removal of identifiable media may contact RTSL in writing.
